Bad service from Zinhle Gumede Edgars Pavillion

I went to Edgars at the Pavillion, the lady that assisted me with the account was so friendly and very helpful...but...when I was done shopping and needed help with a cashier...I was assisted by a with by the name of Zinhle Gumede who was speaking rudely towards her colleagues infront of us as customers...she also shouted at us for not including one of the items when she scanning our items she rudely said that "we betta make sure that we give her items all at once cos she doesnt have time....right in our faces....she needs to be taught about customer service...had a bad shopping experience because of her....
