BAD SERVICE FROM THE ADMNI DEPARTMENT

I have been trying to close my account wit edgars for the last few months now. All my calls are either ended or I am.placed on hold for hours.

All I have been trying to do is cancel my account , ive being trying to have them close my account from last year October 2020 till to date my account is still not close to make the matter worse every month letters to pay my account. their customer care is useless. PLEASE HELP AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
