Bad Service from Sandiswa Poni

I was at Edgars N1 City just unger an hour ago. Assisted by an unhelpful Sandiswa Poni who shouted at me infront of the manager for asking if the shoe was on display as it had marks on the sole. He tone of voice was very aggressive and intimidating. To my superise when i asked to speak the manager Rhoda is her name, and she was just one till away from this cashier, she told me there was nothing wrong with Sandiswa’s tone cos thats how she speaks to them. Now in my Customer service experience you cannot address a paying customer the same way you address your friends or even colleagues. I dont know if at Edgars it’s different. I was attacked , emotionally by your staff member in full view of other customers and the manager didnt see anything wrong in that, what kind of managers do u employ?. The nerve to attack me as i was leaving the shop.
