Bad service from guy at the door

I went to Edgars at Prichard/Kerk street in Jhb central today 31 January 2022. I was so disappointed by the service the guy at the door gave me . He told me that I cany enter the shop with 2 bags. I explained to him that one bag is my hand bag and the other bag is a laptop bag with a laptop inside. He said I must choose which bag to leave at the door because I couldn't enter the shop with both bags. He had such a bad attitude. I had to leave the shop and couldn't buy what I came to buy. I mean really since when does an Edgars shop have such rules. It was the first time experiencing this. How can you say a cstomer must leave their valuables at the door where anybody can take it and not even care. This is nonsense.
