bad service from EDGARS

ive picked up that there is a edgars club account activated on my name... something i dont use..... now a statement and a letter gets sent to me telling me i owe money.... my credit profile is now affected for a lousy R268 odd amount... ive just come out of debt review and now this happens.... ive paid the money into the account. ive sent an email no response ive called and get placed on hold no one calls back very sad to have an ex employee treated like this
