Bad service from Edcon / Shapiro

My account was handed over to shapiro. I have being calling them since wenesday to get a settlement discount as i know edcon is in finacial distraught. I have not had any repsonses. They reffred me to antonnitte the supervisor who i sent an email too and have had no assistance. All the call center agents are rude and badly trained. No wonder edcon cant get enough money in their cogfwrs they seem to have outsourced to the wrong company. I urgently need this feedback cause i am quite happy to pay R50 a month
