Bad service from cellphone insurance company - Edgar's not helpful at all

Last month I claimed Cellphone insurance from my Edgar's account, I got the phone and earphones. However the earphones were not working properly. I have been waiting for someone to assist me, even the manager Vusi has not given me any feedback till today. I'm really disappointed with the service and lack of interest in assisting me. I don't know what to do anymore.
