Bad service

I'm not sure if Edgars/Edcon have changed their system or what but I've been making payments to my account for the past couple of years and when I require my statement, no one sends that to me, I have sent numerous email to no avail and then they call me telling me my payments don't reflect and now all of sudden I have to send PoP of which i do and yet to still receive my statement...

The service I'm receiving lately from this company is atrocious and really its as if they are doing you a a favor whenever they have to assist with anything.

I'm really not happy.
