Bad service

I paid off my Edcon account on the 22 of October 2020. My credit profile is still not updated i contacted the lawyers Brooks and luyts who sent me proof of payment. I updated my credit profile with Experian but i find out there is still compuscan and transunion. I implore Edcon just to do me justice and update my credit profile with all credit bureau they listed me with. I need to apply for a student loan for my son PLEASE.
