Bad service

I have called the store on numerous occasions asking for assistance to speak to the Store Manager, they put me through no answer. I called again still not getting through to the store manager and I was put on hold for the longest time, I am calling using my cellphone and I am not being treated as a customer should be treated the number I called is ***. I'm disappointed with the level of service that I received.
