Bad service

So we had an account with this mentioned outlet in may 2023 we requested settlement letter they sent.we paid up what was owed to them and we requested closure of the account they never did. From.May to date we have been calling them with no assistance to an extent that we ended up paying money for their extras on the account,out of anger we over paid now I want a refund they taking us from pillar to post so I dont know what to do anymore cause they keep sending emails requesting same thing over and over so this shop is bad infact their service is poooor😤😤😤
