bad service experienced

I've been trying to cancel my Edgars Clublife on the number *** at 16h52 but the machine says i have reached them out of office hours whereelse on the website operating hours are from 8am to 21h00... phones are hardly answered to communicate with the consultant and the webchat live no one even responds to the chat....
