Bad service Edgars.

Last year I paid my Edgars account in full. Sometime ago I get an email that I am in credit with R223. Edgars refuse to refund me. I destroyed my Edgars card because I don't want any debt. Now they say I must use this R223 in store but I need a card(witch) I destroyed. Yesterday I decided to go there to get a new card witch I had to pay R60 for. So we did it. Got this new card still we can't use it, it keeps on decline it. This is totally unacceptable. I expect Edgars to refund me in full.
