My phone was ****** and I claimed from insurance, they keep telling me I used wrong IME NO , I even took the box to the shop so they can scan and sent it to Hollard, Their own mistakes are affecting me, they also gave me two cellphone insurances that are deducting from my account, I mean I only have one phone, why two insurance and you help me when I claim
