Bad service

Have been paying my account but nothing is being updated and its giving me a bad credit record, I made a payment that wasn't deducted from my balance as well and i send in proof of payment and it still wasn't deducted I'm not sure what the problem is if they have all the proof with them it's been going on for months now where this problem is not solved and I keep on sending emails after emails.
