Bad service, complain after complain , no one cares

Putting delay and bad service on a cellphone insurance claim, I since claim it around October 2019 until today am still waiting because they had to correct the errors they made when I purchased the phone The useless Edgar's stores were deducting X2 Insurances for one phone, they cant refund for the other phone they insured that am not aware of
