BAD SERVICE - CANCELLATION OF AIRTIME

I cancelled all airtime from Edgars 13/12/2019 ref : EDC*******, 21/01/2020 receive message query has been processed on 4/07/2020 REF : EDCP-*** same story now they send me a statement my balance outstanding R801-00 i send several emails went to Centurion shop lodge complaint but still no luck - POOR,POOR SERVICE FROM EDGARS
