Bad service

I have a problem with my washing machine which I bought at Game store on the 20.10.2018. I have been having problems with the machine which I have reported to them to date I have not receive any assistance. I have called and they have promised to send the technician and sent emails which were deleted without being read. I am so disappointed with the service I am getting from employees of Game .
