BAD SERVICE!

I placed an order with Edgars on the 6th of May, and still have not receive it. I do understand that we are in lock-down but this is ridiculous, I also phoned to find out what is going on, then they tell me they will find out and I will be phoned back or they just cut the call. I am just fed-up with the bad service...
