Bad service blocked my account for no reason or notification

My account got blocked for no reason I went to n1 Edgar's too unblock Avril was really trying to help me but the accounts department refused to assist as I had proof of identity plz sort this immediately or I will close my account pathetic service... Avril will refer to whom we spoke with

I was at the store with my drivers they wouldn't accept that so I think I will pay my account finish and close account seeing that this is not resolving my problem now
