Bad Service

Very poor customer service , very quick and competent enough when they sell you their funeral covers that gets debited on your account and when you submit a claim you get the run around , it is absolutely ridiculous for I submitted a claim on the 26th of july and upto date have not been assisted , all i get is different numbers to call which eventually end up being transferred to the first people i contacted.
