Bad service

All kind of policy wer open on behalf of my mom which she knows nothing about it. She reported the matter at Edgar's the groove mall in Pta. Policies wr canceled o. The 7 of Feb 2022 which she was charged on the account till date. The account its in arrears of a matter that was close on the 07/02/2023. There was a useless consultant whe she's was no use n useless by the name of Shaneez was rude. We waiting for refunds for the charged was after 07/02/2024
