Bad Service & Attitude
Good afternoon. I bought a Soviet Men's Watch from your branch in Century City. Sunday 22/03 the watch was taken off my husbands arm and the top part (ring with numbers) fell off. I took it Blue Route Mall, as it is the closest branch from home for me. The lady that works with repairs of the watches was off. Someone else helped me. Up to today, no one from the Blue Route branch has contacted me to tell me what is happening. After I phoned the store and spoke to Amanda, then all of a sudden she was going to phone me. Her excuse: She was off a day or 2 in the week & could not get hold of Century City to book the watch in, very strange, because I got hold of them today!! I have been a customer of Edgars for years and this is the kind of service you provide. I will now have to go and collect my watch myself from Blue Route and take it to Century City to have it replaced. (Wasted fuel) I do not want the watch fixed, but replaced! Soviet is suppose to be a good make and I did not spend a lot of money in order for the watch to break and to be replaced! I want this matter sorted today please. Your urgent attention in matter will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
