BAD SERVICE AT EDGARS WONDERPARK

I went to Edgars Wonderpark to purchase a watch yesterday. I was assisted by a lady called Jenniffer. she gave me the watch from the cabinet and then said she will get me the box to put the watch in. then she just left me and started assisting another customer and requested someone else to assist me.the person who was assisting me did not even know which key to use to open the cabinets to check for the box.i waited almost 20 minutes and i eventually told them to take the watch back and give my money back as i was being assisted by people who did not know what they were doing. just before they do the reversal,another lady came with a box to package the watch. but i am very unhappy with their service. It is Bad.
