Bad service as usual

Oh edgars my old friend... there is only one thing that you are consistent with and that is disappointment. I haven't received a statement since July no sms, no phone call yet a threatening sms that I have been handed over hmmmm, nice customer service, I have since requested that my account be closed as per requirements but I queried this the 15th November 2020 only to receive a response Jan 2021...
