Bad service and unsympethetic staff.

My wife purchased two packs of underwear last week Thurs 30 Jan, from Edgars Cradlestone. The size she was told to take by the attendant was incorrect and on getting home and comparing the purchase to her existing undies found the new ones way to large. On returning to the store the next day Friday 31 Jan we were met by unfriendly cashiers who said policy dictates no changing of underwear. We explained the underwear had not been worn and the size was based on the the size the floor attendant had recommended. Cahiers would not budge and rudely asked what the attendant looked like. My wife could not give a proper description. I then asked to speak to the store manger but got the same response from him. I told him I was not happy. He took our number and said he would speak to head office and phone us back the next day. We have not heard from him. Seems goodwill and customer relations are not part of the training.
