Bad service and failing to refund customers

I've been waiting for my R130 refund that I swiped for in store! They've been investigating with no positive feedback. My money was taken by their shop in Chris Hani Mall, Vosloorus and I'm fed up with them! ******** I tell you, if I was the one owing them it would be a different story
