BAD SERVICE

Since Edcon (Edgars) experience trouble my trouble started I have my account since 1975 and always experience good service until September 2020. My account were UNDER R400.00 at that time and I did mot buy anything since. I dont receive statements since Oct. I have trouble to pay the full payment due to that Im laid off. I slipped November payment. My account is NOW over R400,00 but I make every month a payment. They keep calling me, send me sms for they outstanding amount. Handed me over while a pay the amount which I arranged with them, So instead that my account came off they raise it!
