Bad service

Edgars west gate i thibk ticket pro should cancel whatever deal they have with edcon just went to buy tickets and i was **** to sayinv they finished and when i went to jet they said no they can use ticket pro and i wenr back to edgars staff not even available now for assistance @Westgate mall even took a pic to just an empty space, m ****ed and i know if it was hoprie or checjers i would have got the tickets. Ticket pro re think which shops to do business with
