Bad Service
I'm very disappointed with the Edgar's Randburg service. Walked into your store around 11am to request for a statement. I wanted on the accounts line and was told I can get the statement at the tills. I get to the tills the lady tells me her system can do statements so I should wait for the next till person to assist me and I get there she tells me the printer is not working just like that. Why didn't they tell me the first time I requested for the statement. I hate such service with all my heart.
