Bad service

Edgars informed me a while ago about the exchange of my card. I did visit the outlet in Loch Logan Waterfront -Bloemfontein on Monday 5 Oct 20 to swop the old card and to do some purchases. To my utter frustration were they unable to swop to the new card and I was refused to do purchases. The staff could give no reasons and were also unable to tell me when the problem will be resolved. I think that this chain should just close down if they make it impossible for an old client with a good payment record, to trade with them!
