Bad service

Yesterday I went to Edgars in Brooklyn to purchase clinique skin products set. Some girl came and informed me that she will call the consultant who sells clinique. I waited for 10 minutes sitting on a chair and there nobody came until i left. I am so disappointed and will not go back again to that shop.
