Bad service
I've logged a complain about may account theres a subscription that i was paying over 2 year that i didn't even use it,i have a reference number but is almost 10 months without any help when i go to the store i dont get any help.

I never recieved any call as if the consultant is calling a client and doesn't get through they need to try again as they normally do when you missed payments they call you 10 times a day
My problem is i want to know how was the calculation done of the 430 that was reversed to my account as I've payed 49.00 sms and 78.00 data 24.99 mobile content .for more than 3 years not even ones using that subscription so how did edgars come up with a 430 figure while I've payed more than 3000 in all the charges that they charge me for more than 3 years something is not right I've ask for the recoding that needs to be the proof that i didn't subscribe to any of the above subscription service but i didn't get anything.
But you telling me that the consultant call me ones and they didn't get me and they never tried to call again but if it was something else they where going to call 100 times a day
I need clearity and clear calculations of all the amounts that I've mentioned for 3years .
