bad service

on the 29 May 2023 I had received an order no : *** this order was incomplete & had received feedback on the 9 June 2023. which shows everything was packed on the footage. but still the is no way forward of what will happen regarding my missing Item or money. due to the courier messing up with my order & taking one of the items.

while I was told I would get feedback in 7 days.

7days has passed , it's a whole month still no response.
