Bad Service

I don't know who the idiots are that bought Edgars and them getting RCS to do their accounts because they are useless. I accidently paid R3000 into their account on 1 October and was in contact with them the very next day to request a refund. By the time they were happy with the documentation I forwarded it was 12 October. I was told that it will take 7 to 14 working days for the refund. After 4 calls and people asking me the same stupid questions I still don't have my refund. I am angry, very angry. R2800 is a lot of money.
