Bad service!!!!

Nonsense. I received a statement with the closing balance and I paid it all. Only to find that I'm still being charged monthly fees and interest! So today I called them to find out. I called ***, which is on the statement. After listening to my balance and all the unnecessary things that were just taking up my time and airtime even though I didn't ask for them, I finally get through to someone. When I present my issue to her, she tells me that my account is with head office and I should call ***!!!!!!!!!!!!! The very number that I've called now! U fortunately I didn't realize that it's the same number and I hung. I called again and had to start again so I couldn't afford that! I'd be going in circles! Nonsense!
