BAD SERVICE

On 25 June i ordered a bicyce online for my grandson. The turn around time is 10-14 days due to lockdown, 14 days passed no parcel, i wrote an email enquiring about my order they promised to check, after 2 days they responded that the item is out of stock. My question is why it was not marked out of stock in the website. They promised to rectify. Days passed with no response, i called they said they will find out and call. Days passed i called and demanded my money they asked for banking days, 7 days passed no money. Its now a month and a half since waiting. I will never do online transaction with them anymore. They did not deliver the worse part they dont want to give me my money i worked hard for.
