Bad service

Edgars, has a relationship with paynow payment method,but the stuff is not well informed with the process and not trained.they give customer incorrect information,on Friday l was purchasing a make up at Clearwater mall l was told,that the payment hasn’t reflected on their system therefor l won’t be given the goods,,but the money went off from my account l showed the lady,she said l must send paynow a message,they will refund my money when l phoned them, they told me that edgars must send them an email to cancel,l have been send from pillar to post,l haven’t received my money till today.they must just stop it.
