Bad Service

I went to Edgars at Loch Logan Bloemfontein yesterday to pay account payment yesterday. I gave the lady at the cosmetic counter my card and asked her the amount I need to pay. At first she did not have an idea (the impression I got) what to do, then she asked my ID number. At last I got the amount. When I gave her the amount, she said my card is not working, asking when did I use the caard. I told her that I bought something last week with no problem. She again told me that my card is not working and she cannot take the payment. I asked her what to do and her answer is that I will have to get a new card and I must pay for that. If this is the customer service you give to clients, you will loose more customers and it will be your end !! You are all ready not in a good place, keeping up with this service, you will loose everything!!! I'm disappointed!!! Will thin more than one time now to buy something from you.
