Bad service

I went to Edgars on Saturday, bought sandals 4 my son, got home realized the it is not the same size. Took it bak immediately, nor did I realize the I will come across such bad attitude, lazy and unprofessional sales ladies. Lisa checked I'd she can find a size at other stores of which she did, I assume so ask Dudu to call but Dudu ask Nompi to come and call, Nompi was busy with a customer and Dudu was just sitting there doing nothing, I had to wait for Nompi to finish with 3 CUSTOMERS. When she eventually came Dudu stood up to help other customers of which she could have done in the first place. Nompi didn't look very reluctant to call, but came and took ages to find the numbers of the shops, walking slowly to Dudu and ask for help, when she found the number after me asking if I should google the number for her, last week I had to do the same for one of them. It took me 40 minutes in the store still without being served. The other rude lady didn't even had a name tag on, when I asked for my packed, her response was did I came to her when returning the shoes. This experience truly left a BAD taste in my mouth.
