Bad Service

I bought a phone cash last year March at Edgars Hemmingways in East London.Now the phone is lost and I seem to have misplaced the box.I decided to go to the store to get the information so that I can block it as I still recalled the date i bought the phone.A guy by the name of Dumi was not willing to assist me from the start.He first insulted me by pronouncing the name of the phone wrong & went on to tell me that theres a lot of records in the store room so he has to check.I left my details so that he can call me but didnt have faith in him.He didnt follow up on my query so I went back to the store again.He told me that the files have been thrown away so there is nothing he can do.I said what? He didnt want to assist me from the first place and his attitude stinks. I then phoned again and was attended by the lady named Buhle.I reported her collegue but she was too busy & in a rush to listen to what I had to say and took my details just like Dumi & told me she will try to get a print out and phone me back but she never did. Im not happy at all about their service.I STILL want assistance regarding this because I want to block my phone.Is that how customers are treated all in the name of laziness and buying my phone cash.Records destroyed what utter nonsense is that? Im very angry
