Bad service

Edgars is the worst store I have tried to cancel my account by paying off the balance as per the statement they sent me in the Month of September but, immediately after paying I had a monthly fee of R30 when I asked the store called the call center and they told me it’s a system error it will be fixed this month no it wasn’t. Went to the store with the new statement reflecting the an extra R32,50 extra which bring my total to R62,50 the store called the call center again where I was told that the balance and the settlement are not the same I will have to pay the balance of R62,50 and an extra R52,79 to settle the account. When I ask what for I was told that is to settle the account. It means I am being penalized for closing the account with Edgars. When I said I was in a 6 months no interest plan I was told they have sent me an sms that I was charged for earlier in the month to tell me that the option is no longer applicable. I am sorry this crowd needs to be stopped as they are ******* they are stilling from customers. The consultant when I said we never paid monthly fees if the account was nil she said that’s why Edcon was sold
