Bad service
Hi <br> <br> I wanted to purchase a pair of boots from Edgars Blue Route Mall but wanted to no the return policy but the cashier could not provide me with it.I then asked to speak to a manager and she told me I must go upstairs if i need to speak to a manager.I asked if she cant call the manager,she then left the till point and when she came back she told me if I want to return I have to go to Canal walk.I do not think that is very good customer service the manager also didnt come down.I could not make the purchase because I cant go all the way to Canal Walk if it is the incorrect size.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Gregory

Branded items with a manufactures default may be returned within 6 month with a proof of purchase and packaging. We sincerely apologise for the overall experience, but we assure you the store manager was notified of this query as cashier should know of our refund and exchange policy
