Bad service
Edgars service is always horrible especially the customer service side. You will wait there for over an hour to get assistance. How can they allocate one person to authorize a certain system?

23 Dec 2019, 15:17Thank you for your response. It would be nice if you add resources (not only HR) but systems too especially during this time of the year. The service was really disappointing and many just like me were frustrated.
