Bad service

On the 4th of May a placed an online order with Edgars. A week later I received a email saying that due to a lot of orders received it can take upto 3 weeks for my order to be delivered. If I want I can phone them and change it to click and collect. Wel my order was originally click and collect. Up to today, I still did not receiv any details that my order is ready for collection. I can understand now why they are acing their business of closing, as they cannot even deliver as simple service. This is really shocking to see thaey cannot cope with their customers demands.
