Bad service
I wentto edgars and jet as u guys advertised the verssed cellphone for 299<br> And wasted my time.. How can u advertise but dont have any stock at all and you dont even try and source any from jhb as they have stock as i was told<br> .i was wanting to buy two phones so please look into this <br>

We would like to confirm receipt of your notice confirming stock shortage on cellphones that were on promotion.
Please be advised that we are selling seasonal products and most of the time items are not sold out during production. Sock that is left unsold will be on a promotional scale making space for new arrivals.
Therefore we will run out of the stock for many products within a few minutes (and in some cases, seconds) of the sale going live. For example, most of our special deals items Cellphones & Tablets ) were sold out as soon as they went live. We had ensured availability, in all participate stores from few units for various products, but it was nowhere near the actual demand.
NB: Kindly note that promotional items cannot be moved from one store to another.
