Bad service

This is the 3 time I'm asking edgers to credit my account. I order baby cloths online for R1139.50, only 2 items were delivered but I was charged the full amount.

I asked Edgers to credit my account but it seems they not interested in assisting me. I going the file a complaint with the consumer council. They didn't even have the call me for my last complaint.
