Bad Service

I'm so not impressed with the service i received from one of your consultant. I logged a complaint last week and received a call from this other lady i never got her name. She confirmed to me that she was going to send me an e-mail so that i could send her my card details. Up to date i haven't received her mail but you expect me to pay for somethinng that i never used. I need this sorted out ASAP
