Bad service

Bad service.... I bought a long board suitcase for school less then 7months ago. The suitcase are in a good condition except for the handle...this for a expensive suitcase. Game do not want to exchange this suitcase and have to be send for repairs. This repairs to take 3 weeks. This is unacceptable as my child do not have a second suitcase to use. I do not think this is customer service, why not replace this expensive suitcase.
