Bad service

I ordered online. Received a call asking for delivery details. Never received parcel. Emailed 4 times, no response except instead of dealing with the query, they decided it would be easier to lose revenue and refund me today (2 weeks later) without an explanation. Guess Edcon are reaping in the profits that they can afford to lose business or just dont give a damn. I obviously dont expect a response, why change habits now.
